Bookings
You shall only make a legitimate booking in good faith, only for use by you or others on whose behalf you are authorised to act. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings at our discretion for any reason, including where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the bookings contain, or resulted from, a mistake or error.
Check In & Check Out Times
Check In time: Strictly between 4:00pm to 8.00pm
Check Out time: By 10:00am
Deposits & Payment
We do not ask for deposits to be paid, although you will be asked to provide valid credit/debit card details at the time of booking, either online or over the telephone.
Full payment will be taken 15 days prior to your arrival. We will post the payment to your card on file.
If you book 15 days, or less, prior to your arrival date full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to charge your card as detailed in our cancellation policy in the event of a no-show or should the booking be cancelled by you fifteen days, or less, from your arrival date. By entering into this contract you are authorising us to make these charges without additional consent being required.
You will
receive an email confirmation of your booking. Please check this carefully – it is your responsibility to contact us immediately if any details are incorrect. We are not responsible for any
details you have omitted to tell us, and not bound to keep your booking if our property is not suitable for you (e.g. you arrive with a dog, or a child, wanting a twin room, or can't manage the
stairs).
Damages
Any damage to our property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the lead guest for the booking. Any costs we incur associated with repairs, cleaning and/or replacement of our property will be charged to the lead guest. This includes (but is not limited to) damage to the bedding, pillows, linens, furniture and carpets, room equipment etc.
Changing your Booking
Should you request to change the dates of your booking, this will be subject to availability and may be subject to a higher room price. Changes made 15 days or less from the date of check-in are classed as a cancellation of booking and are subject to our cancellation terms & conditions.
Our Cancellation Policy
When a room booking is confirmed we make a firm commitment to you - our guest - to hold that room for you. As most of our guests are staying with us on holiday, reservations are often made well in advance. Re-letting cancelled accommodation is difficult at short notice and, for us as a small business, such losses of revenue are damaging.
Ad-Hoc Refunds
Should we need to make a refund payment to you please note that, for us to comply with anti-money laundering laws, we are unable to refund any payment to a different credit/debit card to the one originally provided by you.
